We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of forklift operation, safety protocols, and warehouse procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift to move materials within the warehouse or manufacturing facility.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and other vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Stack and organize products and materials in designated areas.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory management by accurately recording and tracking materials.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
