Direct Hire Staffing Services
The client engages CTS to fill a long-term need. Candidates are recruited by CTS and then placed directly with the employer. The candidate receives all benefits associated with being a full-time employee of the client. CTS is compensated by receiving a negotiated fee based on a percentage of the candidate’s first-year compensation at hiring or a contractual agreed upon flat rate.
Contract/Temp-to-Hire Staffing Services
One of the most sought-after benefits of Temp to Hire is the decrease in fixed labor costs, increase in staffing flexibility, ability to streamline your hiring process and cost saving in the hiring process, reduce turnover and overtime. Typically, there is an established number of hours that an associate must complete prior to converting to a permanent employee. This allows a client to evaluate skills, work habits, culture fit and determine if an associate is a good fit for permanent hire or choose to end the Temp to Hire contract.
CTS is able to provide several options for a Temp to Hire services, including fulfilling contractual hours, early conversion buyout, transitioning to payroll service, this allows a client to have flexibility, cost savings, and an opportunity to make an informed decision regarding their workforce solution.
Payroll Staffing Services
The client identifies a candidate that they would like to fulfill a position and CTS is responsible for onboarding, processing payroll, and is the employer of record. A minimum number of hours or days is required for this service. This allows an employer to utilize a known resource while they may not have a headcount available, or for other reasons, at a reduced rate from our regular recruited service candidates.
